Susan's company, CAH, Inc engaged an award winning scientist and anti aging physician to help develop her vision... a fabric that hydrates your skin. Without chemicals or creams, this unique, first "Fabric for Beautiful Skin"​ called JuveTex is a proprietary blend of yarns and weave pattern that produces the exact combination of properties to achieve proper skin hydration. The DreamSkin Hydrating Pillowcase, made with the JuveTex fabric design and Sleep Mask are CAH's current most successful products. CAH, INC conducted medical studies to prove JuveTex reduces facial sleep lines and wrinkles. The products are sold online, by physicians and in luxury spas worldwide. Caring for the environment and saving the planet is first and foremost and Susan recently developed the Eco Friendly BIDAISY Bidet Sprayer. BIDAISY'S ultra timely debut was shortly before Covid and was the in demand product everyone was talking about during the toilet paper shortage.

Established new product development division and international division. In a Shark Tank format I evaluated thousands of products for direct response advertising from inventors and marketers worldwide. Negotiated contracts and percentages paid to inventors to acquire products for marketing. Introduced, recommended and developed successful products such as Ab Doer, Slim and Lift, Rapid White. Contacted International distributors and assisted in formation of first in house international division at company. Created the prototype and first in home similar style elliptical fitness machine, Orbitrek which was awarded Consumer Reports "Best Buy." Also initiated creation of Abtronic, the first EMS belt marketed on televison worldwide and a hugely successful campaign.
