I was working with P27 on a 6 months contract managing the DK program for the Nordic solution. I had full responsibility for the DK implementation, including reporting and coordinating with Mastercard, FIDA, eNettet and the DK Steerco.

Department Director for the Payment & Cards department (Development & Maintenance) at SDC with P&L responsbility of roughly 200 mio DKK. My Team of 94 people was responsible for development as well as maintenance, within the Payment (Clearing) and Card, domestic and foreign payments. I was also responsible for a compliance department within this area. Some of the key projects I was responsible for were P27, Instant Issuing, Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.) and ePin. I have succesfully started the road to being fully agile – when I left there were 4 agile teams and the rest of the teams to follow soon - it is a challenge and a great journey towards letting the people who knows that answers best make the decisions. I was happy to sit back and let my extremely talented people work! I left SDC to focus on my own company, as I felt I had completed my task of building the department and ensure it can run without me :-)

I was responsible as a business developer/product manager for implementing ApplePay, Google Pay, FitBit Pay and Garmin Pay, cross SDC’s banks. I was responsible for interpreting requirements, coordinating with Apple, Mastercard and Visa as well as communication internally and externally.

As Service Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the quality of the the companie's services (AM and AD). I created clear roadmaps that were consistent with the customer's and Låntmannen's long-term business strategies. In the role, I worked actively together with suppliers and followed up deliveries in a structured and long-term manner. I also worked actively with the business in the long term planning of the services and had a close collaboration with all IT solutions Centers and Purchasing. The role as Service Manager required flexibility, a pragmatic approach but also presence and understanding of the business.

During my brief time at Ikano I was responsible for (and successful in) delivering a Product Management Handbook as well as working with my UK team in order to optimise the processes and relationship with a supplier. Due to a re-organisation I was put on garden leave mid March, 2017.

I was initially hired by DIBS to set up a product department, including procedures. This was a task that I undertook until the end of 2015. At this point I agreed with the rest of the management that I should take over the Tech department (along with the product department), which meant that I represented Product, Technical and non-sales support (around 60 people) in the top management of DIBS. Some of my successes were implementing a number of changes and optimizations together with my management team to streamline support and product development as well as ensure an even greater focus on our platform and security.

AltaPay is embarking on a new adventure, to create a POS solution that is to work seamlessly with AltaPay’s existing e-commerce solution with the aim of creating a true omni-channel product. I am heading this initiative.

I was responsible for building a business area with the “Credit Card part” of the bank (Visa card issuing). The task included creating a strategy and implementing it to reach the set goals and timelines for OneCard as well as co-branding programs. I worked closely with both Sale and IT in order to make this happen.March 5th 2013 I launched a co-branded Manchester United Visa card aimed at the Danish fans. The card had a build in loyalty concept targeted at football fans. See www.manutd-kort.dk or below links for more information.I was responsible for the concept and the vision of the card in Denmark and was also project manager on the implementation. As another project I represented the Business in developing and launching Ekspres Bank's online application flow. This flow which can be implemented by web shops wishing to offer their customers an option to borrow money for the purchased goods or serviced in an on-line flow which can compete with a credit card payment in speed and ease for the customer.

I was hired to be responsible for creating and building an online food solution for Coop. This work included creating a business plan, requirement document, investigating the market and creating presentations and recommendations to Coop's board.As a smaller project I was part of the re-launch of Coop.dk, that in this new version were to include online payments as an option (and not just "pay in store").

Nets Norway has a working ATM proposition as they have insourced 40% of all ATMs in Norway (part of, or the entire value chain). My responsibility is to create a strategy for Denmark, create a product offering and implement this business area in Nets Denmark.Around 20% of my time during this period, I worked as part of a four person team with "Quick Win" projects, which is finding strategic "low hanging fruits" and launching new services, add-ons and products.An example of my responsibility was preparing and launching a new product (Dankort Adviseringer).The actual work was done in cooperation with people from across the organisation.

My primary role has been as Key Account Manager (KAM) within the acquiring “Card World” with responsibility for the Online/Internet area (eCommerce). Around 30% of my time was spend on business and product development as Sales representative.Among the products I played a part in the development of are PBS Prepaid Solution, PBS Payment Module and several acquiring “add on” products e.g. Gemt Kort/Nem Køb. I held the customer/partner responsibility for the largest eCommerce retailers/partners in Denmark. The position was under the "Retail, Transport and T&E" area at PBS and the solution sale includes products as Dancard, International card, terminals, PBS payment module, Electronic Prepaid solutions (e.g. Gift Cards), Payment service etc. I connection with the customer/partner responsibility I was responsible for forecasts and budgets for the individual customer/partner.Part of the position was negotiating with CEOs, CFOs and other people on all level at the organisations I was dealing with.

For a year I was on loan from the sales department and worked as a Project Manager with responsibility for implementing PBS new website. The solution was to be a shift from many websites to one website in order to enhance the user experience and self-service. I worked with EG and Microsoft as suppliers and with Sharepoint as we working tool.

I started and ran this small shop with used wedding dresses. The concept was - and is today - to take in dresses from private people (in commission) and sell to other private people. I ran the businesses via the website and from a small shop. In March 2006 I sold the shop, but the dresses can still be viewed on www.askepotkjoler.dk.

I held the position of Commercial Director in this small eCommerce startup.CommerceWorks did custom made eCommerce and Internet solutions for clients. Everything from helping define the strategy over developing and deploying the code to training the users.Examples of project we delivered are:- A Gift Registery System for Marks and Spencer. Worked online and in stores and the couples could scan items and download to their Wedding List.- A system for Johnson & Johnson's ODC company where we make a system which transportet data output from machine in Ireland to the main office in Cardif. We used Europap 15 to "speak" with the machine and send the data over the Internet.- An online trading portal for Portfin. A startup company that created a better way for the normal person to trade shares and stocks.- A solution for ShelfMax - an online system which can help the small store owner optimise their shelfspace.

I worked in the Research and Development group managing project in order to investigate new technology Izodia could incorporate in their "out of the box" eCommerce solution. (ELP was purchased by Izodia - a .com company that no longer exists).

I worked in the department called OMS (Operations Management Services) which managed websites for e.g. Lego and Scanlines. I coordinated the daily support activities and the contact with our costumers. I tool courses in Clarify and Siebel and worked with both programs.
