Overall corporate responsibility for the implementation and analysis of company’s employee stock plan, to include all the vendor relationships that came with that. Responsible for all aspects of the administration of our equity award program, as well as assisting employees with their equity compensation inquiries. I am the lead administrator for the stock award database we use and have the full responsibility of the data inputs, award issuance and all aspects of the vesting and issuances of those awards. I work directly with our transfer agent to request the fulfillment and movement of our stock as needed. As we issue stock globally to many countries, my position also communicates directly with several controller's situated around the world to ensure data integrity and global compliance with regards to equity compensation. I work closely with the General Counsel to ensure we are SEC compliant and our reporting requirements are being met timely. We work closely with our financial reporting department as well as our tax and human resources departments to fully embrace all aspects of equity compensation and the unique opportunity it creates to cross all of these departments.
