I have extensive experience in stock plan administration from both the company/issuer side as well as the vendor side working in a SaaS model. I began my journey in equity compensation with a global public company managing their equity plans from end to end. I had the opportunity to work closely with all the internal partners that touch equity compensation and learn so much from it. In that role, I regularly attended industry conferences and was also on a client advisory board for our platform vendor.In my relationship management role, my mission was to put clients first and find solutions to their plan complexities, while delivering excellent customer service with integrity every day. I was the quarterback for my clients ensuring that they benefited from the best platform and practices available today. I also partnered with internal and external stakeholders to enhance relationships and drive business growth.
