Project Manager Duties: * Contacting New Customers with a "Welcome" email and putting together the information package of their phone system set-up for the technician who will handle the installation. I * Work with the customer and local carrier in regards to the entire project from start to finish. * Designing layout of the phone button mapping. * Verifying location floorplans and drawing up floorplans when needed.* Work with Carriers in regards to scheduling the Circuit, Router and T1 installation, scheduling the Test & Turn Up and Port from current carrier to new carrier with verifying the proper numbers are porting and technical information.Trainer Responsibilities:* Setting up the training schedule with the customers * Creating the layout for the User Guides * Inventory and ordering of such training guides. * Additional support and help to the users after installation is complete.Other responsibilities included training of new receptionist, covering phones as a back up to receptionist, inputting customer service tickets, helping technician on a new telephone installations & fulfill help desk service tickets and offer help to customers.Marketing Director: *Set & Confirm Appointments for Account Managers. *Customer Database Entry.
