In a high stress job she became expert at prioritizing problems and worked well with a diversified staff that included many individuals who themselves were in recovery.She then went on to work on a one-to-one basis with graduate students in public health . She created research designs with them to test a public health program (s), using the structure that existed in one of the largest county departments of health in New Jersey.
