Manager Of Association Services
Current- Manage day-to-day operations of association services and ensure a seamless delivery of membership benefits
- Develop and implement of new member services to increase member engagement
- Coordinate and participate in development of advocacy efforts on behalf of the association, representing members’ interests with policymakers and industry stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person annual meetings and conferences for association members, external attendees, industry stakeholders and policymakers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Secretaries, board members, committee chairs, event sponsors, and external partners to foster collaboration and support for association.
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy, website and educational webinar series
