Being able to service and inspire customers starts with an enthusiastic and unified team, which requires dedicated and driven leaders. Over the past 6 years as a focused and passionate Manager and Sales Associate, I have gained many skills that have allowed me to exceed professional goals. I have become interested in stepping into a new role where I can bring my ambition and dedication to a remote position.As someone in a management role, I understand that every decision we make is customer driven to connect them with the products and services they are seeking. In order to do this, we need strong leadership capable of being team-oriented, achieving sales objectives, and communicating between the levels of the company. I have had many opportunities in the past years to show my support of our company culture by making solution based decisions, focusing on customer satisfaction, and continuing to make our store successful by increasing our KPIs. I would like to take this experience to a remote environment to help achieve their goals and drive their business.
