Azure Biotech, Inc. is a private, newly formed biotechnology company which has acquired rights for development of a novel formulation of lasofoxifene, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) targeting an underserved market in women's health. Azure plans to rapidly build upon the extensive safety and efficacy data already available from trials completed with an oral formulation in more than 15,000 women.

Responsible for defining Licensing Strategy, seeking opportunities and negotiating agreements for Inflammation, Bone, Oncology & Cardiovascular/Metabolic products and research. Led negotiating team for Estradiol Matrix Patch agreement with Noven Pharmaceuticals. Negotiated and closed six contracts, including licensing and research agreements with universities, development stage companies and other licensors. Participated in five other transactions as member of international team. Completed three contracts for research collaborations.
