Facilitate the Talent Acquisition (TA) process through strong relationship management across multiple businesses and HR functions. Develop and implement hiring strategies as well as advise leadership on best practices, project management and process improvement related to business and (TA) functions. Responsibilities also include talent development, training, and reporting results to business leaders.

Responsible for all HR activities in the local market including talent and performance management, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and professional development. Led talent management team, determining future resource needs and recruiting candidates accordingly. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including candidate development, screening and interviews, candidate evaluation, references, and offer presentation and negotiation. Create and implement annual talent management plan which includes recruiting and retention strategy, current year projects and long term goals. Conduct annual employee review process, incorporating feedback from multiple sources. Deliver feedback to employees, discuss career goals and make recommendations for career development. Plan and facilitate employee events such as Practice meetings, quarterly WebEx's and social events.
