A business-led and security focused Information Security Manager responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive IT risk management framework, ISO27001. Responsible for the implementation of compliant DPA solutions and strategic development of Information Security plans providing support for innovative IT-led business solutions. Heads the InfoSec team using Prince 2 project management methodologies ensuring implementation of obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Is commercially aware with a broad range of IT experience previously being responsible for software development, infrastructure design and maintenance, IT strategy and budget and report writing. Current role is management of the ISO27001 ISMS, risk management, data protection, cyber security and implementation of regulatory and legislative requirements. Has a passion for Art History and currently has the privilege of shadowing the preventative conservation team at Tatton Park, Manchester. Also works with the Mansion research team in a voluntary capacity. Very interested in preventative conservation of historical objects.
