Hi! My name is Susan Mammadova, and I am currently an Inventory Analyst in Ready-to-Wear for Limited Time Offers & Future Collectives category at Target HQ and the brand owner of Dare to Darling Appeal. In my role as an inventory analyst, I collaborate with various teams to strategize on inventory positioning and distribution. My responsibilities include ordering, allocating, and setting up inventory for replenishment to ensure timely fulfillment of guest needs and enhancing their experience. Through this role, I've honed skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and optimizing inventory efficiency. My two interests of business and fashion combine through Dare to Darling. Building Dare to Darling from scratch I learned to recognize precise inputs and outputs required to operate a successful business, such as financial, inventory, and customer relationship management. Through an entrepreneurial mindset I've learned to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and assess risk. Since Dare to Darling is a fashion brand, I've been exposed to and experienced the complexities and inner workings of the fashion industry. Dare to Darling has shaped my understanding of the retail industry, equipping me with valuable skills. I love working in fashion retail, using analytical tools to drive decisions, and innovative thinking to solve problems. I'm excited to expand my knowledge and experience through Target, Dare to Darling, and whatever endeavor comes my way.
