Career began in Jan 1989 as Accounting Manager with Ward Gas Services Inc. founded by James C. Walters (Jim) and Don Jacobsen with Lew Ward of Ward Petroleum Corp. In 1995 the company was sold to ONEOK and name was changed to ONEOK Gas Marketing which later became ONEOK Energy Services, Inc. In 1997 I moved into the marketing department and started purchasing wellhead gas from Producers. In 1999, I was transferred into the ONEOK Field Services Company and began my career in the processing & gathering segment of ONEOK. My focus was connecting gas to the assets in Oklahoma, Texas Panhandle and Kansas. Enjoyed my years of service with ONEOK. Had the opportunity to put more focus on our family businesses - Manning Investments, MRI Associates Inc., Kinder Gas Gathering, and American Quality Construction (Home building).

Company was founded in Midland, Tx. Upon moving back to Oklahoma the company name was changed to MRI Associates, Inc.

Worked for a privately owned gathering / marketing company in Midland, TX. This was the beginning of my career in the natural gas & midstream segment in Energy business. Scheduled gas, prepared allocations, and statements for small gathering company. THIS COMPANY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS

Worked in the Kayo Accounting Dept with Conoco in Ponca City; also worked in Midland, TX office in Land Dept and Exploration Dept. in 1985 - 1986.

Had multiple responsibilities which included duties as Clerical Assistant, Administrative Assistant to Interior Designer and Sales Associate who rotated between stores as needed. I gained a lot of knowledge about construction of furniture, quality of furniture, appliances, carpet, draperies, linens and retail sales. Great memories. This business is no longer in existance.
