Responsible for design and content creation for all print and digital media for the department. Specific focus is placed on the EMMP (MSEM) and AMP21 program marketing materials and messaging strategy. Required to engage students through social media and work on departmental content management, website, videos, book edits, and newsletters. Also responsible for event logistics and office management as well as managing departmental assessments such as HLC and ABET.

I manage a small but mighty team where we focus on bringing local communities together each year for friendly competition through acts of kindness. In my role; I manage volunteer organizers from many different states, design all web, marketing and event materials, manage third-party event mobile app and communications, submit grant applications, organize distribution of supplies, conduct donation and sponsorship campaigns, collaborate with community leaders, and assist with recruiting participants. We are a young organization, but we are dedicated to changing the world one act of kindness at a time.

Saxotech Project Manager: Lead redesign of all Michigan publications and implementation of a new content management system for the second largest newspaper chain, Digital First Media. Responsible for meeting, planning, organizing, designing and implementing all aspects of the redesign with corporate leaders around the country. Trained our team on the new technology, which included holding training sessions along with one-on-one instruction.Page Designer/Copyeditor: Designed and edited daily pages for all Michigan newspapers under Digital First Media (The Oakland Press, Macomb Daily, Daily Tribune, Morning Sun, and weekly publications). Designed Michigan Travel iPad app for Digital First Media, posted stories to social media sites, trained new employees, attended meetings to layout front page and relay information to the rest of the pagination team.
