The Self that whispers incessantly in your ear, is loudest during the darkest parts of the night and roams all the chambers of your heart searching, scratching and waiting for a way to free your authenticity. Freeing your heart lies in your willingness to be and become present. Consciousness is at the very center of every single thing we do and create. It is the gauge for quality, of how well we digest, and how far we’ll go — it determines our potential to live with purpose, without regret. If you want more of anything, investigate it, look at it from every angle and feel it as clearly as you can. If you crave life, practice waking up a little more with every breath. If you’re hungry for inspiration, consume, witness and attend as many experiences as you can. Participate in life as life, not a manufactured sheep or member of any herd that keeps you from your true self — and don’t hesitate. Not now. Not ever. The moments are fleeting. This is our time. And there is much to be done.
