I began a career in healthcare with Western Provident Association, a leading UK health insurance company, working in their International Division selling and managing International Groups with an average of 250 lives. Since then I have worked all over the world for various organizations.I have been responsible for the management of customized training for many leading organizations in the UK including the University of Wales, Honeywell and Middlesbrough Premier League Football (Soccer) Club. During this time, I also managed a delegation from the Bank of Russia who came to the UK to learn all aspects of customer service, communication and management. As a British expatriate, I have experienced many global healthcare systems including those where I have lived in Singapore, Canada, and the United States of America.
