About Susan Mathews

I have worked at the Center For Drug Free Living for 35 years of which 28 years have been in Human Resources. Prior to that I was the Personnel Director for the Company. I am very good with employees who come to me with questions, problems and concerns. My main objective is to assist The Center's employees as they need mentoring. My strength as a Human Resources Professional is in Employee Relations.My future goal is to obtain a Human Resources Management Certificate from Villanova University. Once I have completed the coursework, I plan to become an SPHR through the National SHRM Organization. Currently, I have a PHR from SHRM.I am interested in Consulant Work because of my many years of experience in the field of Human Resources, or other opportunities in my field of H.R..
