Responsible for researching, developing, and managing the creation and commercialization of HR and talent management thought leadership, assets, and tools to elevate Accenture's brand positioning and support consultants in effectively selling and delivering solutions to clients.● Led the development of a comprehensive research program and thought leadership series, “The Future of HR,” to drive innovation into market messaging and identify an actionable approach to take HR to the next level. Created actionable client innovation workshops and a new client offering on HR operating models for the future. ● Led Accenture's brand positioning in the future of work, including developing a thought leadership series, client tools and diagnsotics, and sales materials. Developed multiple 2.5 day training sessions delivered globally for Accenture executives to educate them on how to take actionable insights and tools on the future of work and the workforce to clients.● Led other research projects from ideation to publication on topics ranging from performance management, the extended workforce, reskilling, employee experience, next generation HR shared services, and agile organizations and workforces, among others.● Published over 40 Accenture publications and 25 bylined articles in leading publications such as Wall Street Journal, Sloan Management Review, and HR trades.
