As a member of the Bloomberg Financial Products Communications team, I am responsible for developing and leading global communications strategies with a focus on Bloomberg's data. My expertise lies in identifying the topics and trends that make products and spokespeople relevant and developing clear, concise messaging and using my knowledge of how the media machine works. I joined Bloomberg in 2012 and managed communications for the company's research arm, Bloomberg Intelligence, for four years. As part of that, I media trained hundreds of analysts for print and broadcast appearances and promoted their research content for dozens of industry areas. Originally from Ireland, I began my career as a researcher, reporter and producer at regional and national radio stations.
