Under direct supervision of the Director of Operations, I provide day-to-day management of our in-office help desk staff and field techs. I manage scheduling, staffing and coordinate on-site and remote service requests for our customers. I organize team training events, do hiring and on-boarding, coach new hires through their first year or two with our company and participate in the review process.

- Provided phone support and troubleshooting of software, hardware and networking for a user base of over 350 employees, including after-hours support services. - Participated in two mobile device deployments to all company personnel, including working with vendors to troubleshoot a service issue that required the second deployment. Acted as a primary point of contact for users for both iOS and Android systems.- Participated in the choosing, receiving, provisioning, deploying and training on over 200 new field laptops for the entire company, including upgrading to Windows 10.- Spearheaded coordinating regular updates to our database and field devices including rolling these updates out to the entire company.- Worked with vendor to provide support for VOIP phone systems, Shoretel and fax systems including during the course of moving multiple times. - Increased customer satisfaction in the Information Technology department through improved customer service to ensure users are satisfied with the service they received. - Provided end-users with basic networking support. - Upgraded and moved the website to a new CMS on their existing hosting account.- In charge of training all new hires (150 new users) on technology provided during orientation, including re-provisioning, imaging, and preparing desktop and laptop equipment as well as desktop and mobile phones. - Maintained and used Active Directory system, including creating, managing and deleting user accounts, distribution groups and vendor accounts. - Worked with virtual servers on both Cisco system and XenDesk systems- Worked with the team to improve security through improving training processes and enforcing password and security procedures.- Acted as main point of contact for deployment of new mobilecare system to 50 users who only access McKesson from their cellphones. Provided ongoing training to users and liaised with vendor over ongoing issues.
