About Susan Melcher

I'm passionate about technology, the healing found in nature, and helping people at end-of-life. I've been lucky enough to make an eclectic, curious career out of these things; something that makes for a weird resume but really fascinating interviews. Just ask me about my semicolon usage. Currently I lead the team who nurture and care for the forest and memorial community at Better Place Forests - Lake Arrowhead and Better Place Forests - Flagstaff. Together we care for 200+ acres of forest land in the Desert Southwest Region where my team helps people plan a beautiful final resting place for themselves and their loved ones, conserve precious ecosystems and walk through grief and memorials with those who choose a tree here.
