As a church administrator and office manager, I have excellent time management and problem-solving skills. I am nearly always the only person in the office on-site, and I have had to research the job-specific tasks and write my own procedures manual. Interpersonal communication is a must, as well as learning new computer skills on a regular basis. As a freelance musician I have performed, contracted, coordinated, taught lessons, and managed a variety of skill sets required by these jobs. Examples are time management, working alone for extended periods for personal preparation, motivation for excellence and high level of performance, working well with others, personal communication, and scheduling and planning events for myself and others. As a direct sales representative I identify potential clients and team members, and plan and schedule demonstrations and shows, as well as making sales, maintaining my inventory, and growing a team.As a church administrator, teacher, performer, and sales representative, I maintain a high level of inter-personal communication and professionalism.
