As a seasoned gaming executive with over 28 years of gaming experience I have worked in many different roles in the casino industry such as Payroll Analyst, QA, Programmer, Project Lead, IT Director, Technology Director and currently CTO. Within these roles I have played a key role in the development and vision for Cage, Collections, Pit functionality, Slot Accounting and Player Tracking systems. During the past 19 years I have spear-headed the IT strategy for Century Gaming Technologies along with a key role in the development and analysis of our Loyalty Club (Gamblers Bonus & i3). About 10 years ago I was promoted to lead the Engineering team in addition to my current IT responsibilities. I am responsible for driving innovation, systems, regulatory, product strategy and operational efficiencies for our network of roughly 3000 slot machines located throughout the state of Nevada. I joined the company after working for the MGM Grand (NYSE:MGM) for 7 years, where I was part of the team responsible for the successful opening of the property. I am a current member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2015. I was also nominated in 2015 and 2016 for the Top Tech Exec Award for Las Vegas.
