As Sponda's Communications Manager I was responsible for external and internal communications and the development of communication strategies. I independently planned and implemented various communication activities, such as press releases and press conferences, social media activities, internal communication and digital communication. I was also the editor of Sponda’s intranet. I planned external communication for Sponda’s property development projects, such as shopping centre Ratina's, and manage media connections. I worked as a project manager in creating Sponda's Annual Review 2016, which covered the Annual Report and the Financial Statements.

I managed independently a number of communications entities, such as internal communications, social media activities and digital communications. I took part in the planning of communication campaigns and communication strategies, and I was part of the team who managed public relations both domestically and internationally. I was responsible for preparation and implementation of environmental information and HR communications and marketing communications. Media relations was part of my job and I assisted in interviewing and preparing Fennovoima’s management team and experts.

In my assistant role, I prepared background material such as speeches, columns, memos, bulletins, and expert writings to my supervisors. My work included preparatory tasks related to legislative work, communication with the media and the organization and implementation of stakeholder meetings. I also served as secretary to the National Coalition Party’s Network of Welfare Policy.
