Licensed since 1984, while working as a flight attendant for the original Frontier Airlines. I became active in the real estate industry in January of 1987. Working with Coldwell Banker my first year, I was awarded Top Lister, Top Sales, and earned a place in the 100% club. Starting in 2002, I began working for a real estate developer in Douglas County, selling luxury custom home sites and eventually working for 7 custom home builders. Goals: Providing the best service and real estate information to my clients. Exploring opportunities where I can be of value to them and address their specific issues. Specialties: I have a couple of areas where I focus my real estate marketing. The first is real estate associated with golf courses. I created a website to search all homes for sale in the great Denver-Metro area (DenverGolfHomes.com) with specific filters to locate homes available on several golf courses in Denver, Arapahoe, and Douglas county. I have had clients who were not golfers themselves, but wanted to live on a course just for the views! As a golfer myself, I feel this is a lifestyle many buyers are looking for today, especially the Boomer generation! My second real estate focus includes two Luxury multi-family residences. A luxury Hi-Rise development called Penterra Plaza in the Denver Tech Center and a Luxury development in the Inverness area called Vallagio. Penterra Plaza offers a "lock and leave" lifestyle many busy professionals and empty nesters are looking for. The same goes for Vallagio except that development offers more options such as Lofts, Flats, Brownstone type Row Homes, and Luxury Villas. I work these two areas with my business partner, Jan Top.
