- Develop UA Little Rock Children International’s newest programmatic area – college and career readiness for 14-24 year-olds – which expanded to 3 high schools and reached over 250 students within it’s first two years- Manage the recruitment, application, selection, and reporting processes for the HOPE Scholarship program, which provides low-income, first-generation college students with scholarship funds, mentorship, and career readiness training- Ensure all programs align with Children International’s mission, goals and objectives through annual program planning, utilizing monitoring tools, and biannual reporting on program outcomes- Establish tracking and monitoring systems for all college and career programs, including the HOPE Scholarship, Road to College & Career Program, CI Internship, Youth Leadership Council, and CI Alumni Network- Pioneer technology systems & adaptations to convert all in-person programming to virtual offerings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Selected to participate in the pilot year of the FEMA Corps: a partnership between AmeriCorps NCCC and FEMA.New York – Hurricane Sandy (3/2013 – 6/2013) - Created a new training script for the American Red Cross Intake Department in NYC which was approved by National Red Cross Headquarters during Hurricane Sandy recovery - Generated a new method of recording incoming calls and messages (via Excel instead of paper forms) to reduce information loss which was implemented in the Call Center less than a week laterOklahoma – Moore Tornadoes (6/2013 – 8/2013) - Managed moore.recovers.org, an online forum which provided resources to over 350 tornado survivors, engaged over 3000 volunteers, and matched over 800 donors directly with survivors or NGOs - Conceptualized, developed, and led team of 5 FEMA Corps members, maintaining/updating Moore Survivor’s Resource Guide – a living document containing relevant resources for survivors of the May 20th Moore, OK tornadoes- Designed an effective transition plan for moore.recovers.org with federal, state, and local organizations as well as the website developers at Recovers.org, allowing local organizations to lead long-term relief efforts- One of four FEMA Corps members asked to lead a Microsoft Office training course to upper management FEMA officials Colorado – September 2013 Floods (9/2013 – 11/2013) - Liaised between FEMA, Colorado Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters (COVOAD), and unaffiliated volunteer organizations to resolve conflicts and encourage communication during the Colorado floods in September 2013 - Submitted reports for over 60 voluntary agencies to the Governor’s Report - a document showing state activity during disaster response, resulting in positive financial implications for the state
