Ik ben een enthousiaste en goed gekwalificeerde psycholoog, gespecialiseerd in werk, presteren (in sport) en jong-volwassenen. Ik ben nieuwsgierig, een initiatiefnemer, en dit helpt mij om anderen te helpen zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Mensen met wie ik heb gewerkt als (sport)psycholoog hebben veel geleerd over hoe presteren werkt, en vooral hebben ze zichzelf beter leren kennen. Met kennis van zaken, aandacht voor detail en humor kan ik jou helpen persoonlijke doelen te behalen in elke prestatiesituatie. I am an enthusiastic and well-qualified psychologist, specialized in work-related psychology, performance (in sport) and young adults. My curiosity and a pro-active attitude have made me successful in helping others develop themselves. Clients whom I've worked with gained valuable information about how performance works and, more importantly, became more knowledgeable about themselves. Mental strength, I believe, is achieved through awareness of yourself and the situation, and control over your own reactions. This is what I help develop in others.
