Advising on priorities in a high-growth company, project management, as well as the strategic development of the operations team and IT infrastructure.Previously an Advisor to "BOOST" (Best Out Of Science and Technology), a project Chaired by Sir Peter Gershon and Dame Wendy Hall. BOOST's focus was how the UK can encourage more insurance and pension investment into late-stage venture capital, particularly science and technology companies, with a view to facilitate companies to stay and grow in the UK. BOOST collaborated across the public and the private sector to inform and advise on, Pension Fund structuring and regulation, the UK venture capital ecosystem, policy effects, corporate structure, investment philosophy and joint venture structuring. The project outputs were implementable working solutions at scale that could meaningfully effect change.
