Designed, founded and currently direct Cedar Falls Outdoor School, a licensed Outdoor Nature-Based preschool program.

Design and develop start-up small business in remodeling and landscaping. Research and acquire funding sources, generate advertising, and outreach to customers to build a strong client base.

Cedar Falls Community School is an outdoor education preschool, providing a love of nature and hands-on experiences with animals. Neighborhood walks and field trips are a regular part of the program as is Project Learning Tree curriculum.

Participated as Preschool Teacher on a teaching team of 3, providing Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum to children in the Early Learning Center.

Seven years overseeing two in-house children's programs, coordinating all education and outreach, managing services and coordinating events. Also, website design and communications.

Researched programs in support of Power of Preschool and developed Environment Rating Scales (ECERS) trainings for childcare providers participating in CARES,

Development of programs in education and outreach including staff training opportunities for teachers, management of The Provider Connection, the teacher resource program, development of college courses, grants and projects. Worked with E3/WestEd and First 5 as CARES Partner Agency, and with the California Department of Education to administer the state subsidy program.
