The focus is on examining relevant real-life scenarios and encouraging collaboration. After all, learning is very much a creative and participatory process, not a spectator sport. Both trainer and peer feedback aid personal growth and build confidence. This improves communication skills by fostering a valuable dynamic that stimulates greater insight and questioning. These new opportunities increase individual, team and departmental performance, creating personal value and benefitting the organisation.As a change agent, I have first-hand experience of the role played by open and effective communication in creating higher-performing teams.
