🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️I am a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist helping people feel and function better since 2006! I qualified from St George's, University of London, with a 1st class honours degree in Physiotherapy. 😍🧜‍♀️My passion is using Pilates for rehabilitation and I have a particular interest in lower back, shoulders and hypermobility. I have recently gained a further certification in teaching equipment Pilates with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates. I enjoy helping the ordinary person to discover movement and feel empowered in their body, including those who may normally feel intimidated by exercise.👂👂I excel in making patients feel heard and understood and developing therapeutic and professional relationships based on trust, empathy and humour. 🧠🧠I also hold a degree in Psychology and my interest in understanding people underpins all my practice. 🥁🎶💃When I'm not at work, my interest in movement continues and I enjoy dabbling in different types of dance (and playing music) including salsa, samba no pe, lindy hop, argentine tango and tap dance.
