Social Graces, on the move, LLC, brings together two very different worlds creating a unique methodology, between ballroom dance and corporate, designed to improve business performance and employee satisfaction. Our Program is a flexible program comprised of 3 stages that may be configured in a variety of ways. It is designed where each stage builds on the next. Each delivery, negotiation or performance is choreographed by all parties for the ultimate performance as you can’t do it alone. There are different ways to build trust, work together, collaborate, communicate, co-operate and we help you to understand these concepts. Our program will develop and grow a solid unit. Social Graces, on the move, LLC program includes three stages, a bundled package and an ongoing bonding & building support program. Each is identified as follows and will be discussed in detail below via the sample agenda. It is during the activities of the sample agendas when groups will experience the training which exposes them to the techniques essential to start the transformation driving trust, collaboration, reliance, leadership toward building a true connection.
