As Development Manager, I initially worked within the Development team to complete the Roe Highway Logistics Park project before transitioning into the Asset Management/Investment team to oversee and tenant the firm’s broader portfolio of industrial assets.I gained experience across the full development cycle, from finalising feasibility studies, to acquisitions, financing, planning and design, through to construction, investor relations, asset management, and institutional divestment.

I supported the Development Manager across all stages of the development cycle for a range of mixed-use, medical, residential, and industrial projects, with a primary focus on the Roe Highway Logistics Park.I managed minor works contracts, sales transactions, and contractual obligations, as well as project marketing and PR. Additionally, I assisted with sales, accounts, site works, approvals, and the implementation of environmental strategies.

Australia

I supported both the Managing Director and Development Director as Executive Assistant, whilst concurrently acting as Office Manager throughout the merger to form Hesperia. Working in a fast-paced environment, I took on additional responsibilities across healthcare, industrial, and residential real estate development projects.

Monaco

During my time at Y.CO, I worked across the Charter and Sales departments, coordinating charters for high-net-worth individuals and finalising contracts for charters globally. I also contributed to marketing campaigns and hosted events at the Grand Prix and Monaco Yacht Show, including yacht showings for sale or charter.
