Laureleye Farms is a 70 acre horse farm located in the beautiful rolling hills of Chester County. We have direct access to over 800 acres of open space for trail riding to your hearts content. Laureleye Farms offers 40 acres of turn out to keep your horse happy and healthy. Our 14 stall, Chester County Bank Barn will keep your horses warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have a powder room for your comfort and convenience and an indoor and an outdoor wash stall with hot and cold water. We have a grass arena for flat work, schooling and lessons. Our customers' horses are of the utmost importance, and we go the extra mile to ensure they are safe, happy, healthy, and well taken care. Laureleye Farms offers full and field board as well as lessons to children and adults interested in having fun in a very low pressure situation Safety in one of our main concerns so all lessons focus on the safety and comfort of horse and rider. Our riding lessons are primarily designed to teach adults and children about caring for the animals, riding safely and compassionately. We aim to give each rider a deep sense of pride and accomplishment.Our lessons are designed to teach the beginner through advanced riding skills and overall knowledge of horses. Each one hour children's lesson starts with 15 minutes of learning to lead, groom and tack up the pony. Followed by a half-hour ride, and the last 15 minutes are spent untacking and caring for the pony and tack. Adult lessons will include as much or as little ground lessons as are desired. Riding lessons consist of correct positioning, trotting poles, trail rides, balance, and jumping. Laureleye Farms also offers trail rides for small groups interested in exploring the beautiful rolling hills of Chester County. We are currently offering pony birthday parties with our ponies on site. If your son or daughter is interested in having a birthday party with ponies we can meet your needs.
