Once this step is complete, I move into the marketing plan, and assessment of the marketing team, often setting clear KPIs for the first time. I "right size" teams by either contracting, expanding, shifting or hiring new members. Together, we look at branding, marketing outreach and tools, ROIs, pricing studies, licensing agreements, new product lines... whatever is necessary to drive the business forward.
