► Directed programming, digital content and curriculum development for hospital board members across Texas: in-person events (conferences, regional board education workshops), live/recorded webinars and publications.► Instructed regional governance training workshops with hospitals/health care systems across the state and through virtual training platforms on areas of board oversight.► Oversaw member communications and engagement strategy: e-newsletters, advocacy and policy announcements, Certified Healthcare Trustee program and Online Board Self-Assessment.► Collaborated with a diversity of community partners, including Texas Hospital Association, TORCH and State Office of Rural Health on collective programming and project-based grants.► Managed THT’s unique certification program; increased participation from 90 certificants to 130 in two years. ► Serves as liaison to THT Board of Directors, managing meetings and materials, committee assignments, strategic planning sessions and action items.

► Pitched Designmatters models of engagement to a wide range of strategic partners, including corporate, non-profit and government agencies, for design collaborations with solution-driven design students and faculty. Developed short-term and long-term plans for partnership through a diverse offering of programming, from 3-day brainstorming to 14-week studio collaborations. Identify and maintain growing list of partner prospects. ► Oversaw 2-3 Partner Studios every term, from execution to implementation. Managed all aspects of partner relations: funding and revenue streams, ranging from $10K-$100K; scheduling touchpoints for sharing deliverables and feedback; developing effective plans for project roll-out; and reporting on successes, challenges and metrics.► Managed Fellowship Program, placing 2-3 students every term in design leadership roles at high-impact organizations. Mentored students around untraditional, but sustainable, career pathways in design for social innovation, fostering opportunities in the public, civic and social sector. ► Launched the Designmatters Minor in Social Innovation in 2017, a curated curricular program for students across 9 design disciplines, and scaled the program from 15 to 65 students over one year. Responsible for designing co-curricular programming, including workshops, lectures and engagements with industry professionals, expanding the reach of the department by 50 students per year.► Developed pitch competitions for first-time founders with social entrepreneurship business models. ► Represented the Designmatters department through public speaking engagements, contributions to educational publications and guest lectures at peer institutions.

► Launched the New Venture Competition, awarding Conservatory music students seed grants to fund innovative business ideas, and coached winners through early-stage entrepreneurship, resulting in over $30K invested in students and 16 small ventures launched. ► Produced the inaugural Musical Encounter Interactive program, engaging Conservatory musicians in curriculum-based performances for 1,500 underserved youth, and managed all aspects of large-scale production. Developed an online learning platform for elementary-aged choral singing, and beta- tested prototypes in LA Unified schools. ► Mentored Conservatory students in non-traditional, sustainable career pathways in music; workshopped students’ professional materials, as well as interview and presentational skills. ► Created opportunities for music students to collaborate with impactful community partners, including Twin Towers Correctional Facility and Downtown Women’s Shelter. Grew community engagement participation of Conservatory student body to 100% over three years.

► Professionally managed 8 young musicians through the Colburn Artists Program, including contract negotiations, itineraries and on-the-ground community engagement opportunities. ► Oversaw production of Colburn Chamber Music Series and engaged guest artists and conductors for Colburn Orchestra performances.

► Led production on special projects, ranging from intimate post-concert dinners to coordinating a choir of 800 singers for a performance of Mahler’s Symphony of a Thousand at the Shrine Auditorium. ► Served as executive assistant to the Vice President of Artistic Planning, often liaising with high-profile guest artists and conductors. ► Researched and pitched artists and repertoire in development of the LA Phil’s innovative concert programming for Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl.

► Managed e-communications for over 40 Section of Litigation Committees; worked closely with Committee co-chairs to produce newsletter content, share dates for CLE opportunities and increase visibility of the Section among its membership. ► Launched Section Leadership Passport Program at the 2010 Annual Conference, enabling new Section members to interact with Committees seeking to expand their member base.

► Oversaw Members’ Only programming – and revenue stream – by securing exclusive tours of architecturally-significant properties in Chicago (Aqua, Krause Music Store, Lane Tech HS). ► Developed, in conjunction with CAF’s design team, online and direct mail membership materials to support the fundraising efforts of the institution.

► Researched community institutions, stores, restaurants, etc. for grassroots marketing purposes and participated in outreach marketing in Chicago neighborhoods.

► Maintained leadership role in the Senior Gift Drive as Promotions Committee ChairAssisted with publicity projects, cultivation events and donor acknowledgement banquets.

► Composed preliminary grant proposals ranging from $2,500 to $20,000.► Assisted in Planned Giving meetings and in the development of the Trust's Legacy Society.

► Presented a researched document on the fundraising tactics of selected professional ensembles nationwide, including the Knoxville Symphony, Asheville Symphony and Harrisburg Symphony► Assisted with Education and Outreach programs, including Schooltime Concert Series.
