Hello, I'm Susannah! I've developed a rich and varied career as a theatre director with extensive experience in the UK and international theatre world; a leadership coach with experience coaching and training around the world; and a successful audio career in podcasts, and BBC arts and factual programming (including Woman's Hour for many years).I am interested in changing working culture from within, focusing on empowering women and making Compassionate Leadership the norm. With this in mind, I run Envision Coaching, working with women at changing points in their lives. And I co-founded The Leadership Collective, with three like-minded coaches and mentors from the arts and culture world, where we help organisations find new ways of adapting their working environments and styles to positively balance productivity and results with personal and team wellbeing. My theatre directing has taken me all over the world, as a director specialising in European texts, and as founder of ARIADNE, a network of women making theatre in conflict zones around the world. In audio, I produced BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour for many years, alongside arts and culture programmes for the BBC World Service. And more recently, I made the Books podcast at The Guardian.
The Leadership Collective.
