I worked as a student physical therapist at Chatuge Regional Hospital, an affiliate of Union General Hospital. I refined skilled pertaining to interdisciplinary communication and discharge planning. This was a swingbed facility where patients received optimal 1:1 rehab throughout their stay.

I worked as a student physical therapist at Centennial Hills Hospital Outpatient Therapy center. This was an outpatient physical therapy setting in which I evaluated and treated patients on a 1:1 basis. I refined my skills in manual therapy techniques and functional movement/exercises during this internship. I gained experience with pelvic floor physical therapy in this setting.

I worked as a student physical therapist at Benchmark Physical Therapy for 6 weeks. I examined and evaluated patients, made personalized treatment plans for patients, and progressed/discharged patient's plan of care as necessary.

I worked as a student physical therapist at Northeast Georgia Medical Center bi-weekly from August 2018-August 2019. I communicated with fellow physical therapy students, nurses, and therapists to coordinate getting patients out of bed and ambulating while under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
