Becoming a REALTOR® in 1998, I quickly learned that serving people in a professional way to meet their needs and desires of their home sales is top priority. Worked as a sole agent for 2 years when my husband, Don came back into the sales force from the recruiting-education field of real estate. We worked as a team and grew our team for 11 years serving many clients and customers throughout the years listing and selling residential properties until he went back into leadership and education at our current company. Therefore I currently work as a sole agent continuing to serve clients to sell or purchase one of life's most important decisions. To further serve our industry as a whole, I have also committed much volunteer time at our local and state REALTOR Associations.REALTOR Association Leadership -In 2011, I began serving my local association, Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (OKCMAR) on committees, then asked to run for the board of directors.- OKCMAR Board of Directors in 2012 - 2016- OKCMAR Treasurer in 2013- OKCMAR President Elect in 2014- OKCMAR President in 2015Also during that time gained great experience at the state level serving on the board of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS (OAR) from 2014 to 2020. And the service continues...- Oklahoma Association of Realtors (OAR) District 5 Vice-President in 2019-2020- OAR President-Elect in 2021- President of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS in 2022I continue to serve on various committees at the local and state level. As well as on the National Association of REALTORS, I have served on the State and Local Policy Committee 2015-2016, the RPAC Participation Council 2020-2021 and on the State and Local Policy Coordinating Committee for 2022-2023 term, continuing to serve on that committee for the 2024-2025 term.
