Over thirty years of working experience have not decreased my enthusiasm for technological and scientific progress, for innovation, for the creation of value, and they taught me to share it with the project partners, the customers and my team. High-complexity environments present challenges that I take up with the domain knowledge and the managerial and technical skills that I developed in the IT context, over a long period and in severe situations, such as the migration to a new information system for research of over 60 installations with tens of thousands of users, which I have brought to completion in just a few months, successfully coordinating a large and diverse team.Today I want to dedicate myself to new challenges and seek new frontiers to explore to continually improve myself, learn and pass on what I learned. The passion for the new, combined with the solid experience gained in many years of responsibility of projects, resources and organizational units, and with national and international reputation earned on the field in a number of collaborative contexts, pushes me to pursue more ambitious goals with an attention always alive to economic aspects and social and scientific impact. The “blue oceans” of the information systems for science await surfers that want to navigate them with experience and courage!
