  I work as supervisor for over 40 employees, both train conductors, and train waitresses, in long-distance rail traffic. I am responsible for administrative tasks, recruitment processes, new employee orientation, and supporting my team in their day to day work. I also am involved in various projects developing long-distance trains' services, and I work closely with our HR department, and occupational health care services. I am part of a coaching team that continuously trains our employees how to provide excellent customer service, and knowledge in technical and safety issues.
