I worked for a number of agencies who specialise inSilver Service in London for Events & Catering Agencies including ‘Off to Work’, ‘Evolve’ & ‘CIP’ in hotels such as the Dorchester Hotel, Sanderson Hotel and the Ritz Carlton providing silver service dining services for their clients.

Solo Stewardess and Chief Stewardess-(when 2 Stewardess are required), to ensure all Service, Laundry and Housekeeping duties fulfilled on a 32m Falcon Yacht, privately Owned but very busy with Charters during the Summer in the Mediterranean for up to and over 10guests.

Worked in Room Service for this 4star hotel and breakfast buffet in the morning on a rotational roster. 4 star service required and evaluated.

Worked as a nanny for a family and their 5year old daughter, duties including light housework, cooking, homework but most of all ensuring the well being of their little girl. During the time she was at school I looked after other children with similar duties for surrounding families. Children aged between 5&16 in total. Very nice families and good memories.

Worked in 2 summer camps over 3 American Summers, In Michigan, Camp Narrin would invite children 6-16 to stay in wooden cabins and provide activities throughout the week, including swimming activities, crafts, star gazing, camp fires, cooking, singing etc and as camp counselors it was our job to prepare and organize this. In Saratoga, I worked 2 summers in a day camp, much the same activities were prepared but the children would return each night to their parents and then return the following morning. Again all organisation and preparation was left with the counselors and each were assigned a group. Competitions and parent participation was also welcome occasionally and reports were written to evaluate each child.In between working in these Summer Camps I worked with the recruitment team for the Sydney Office, organizing local marketing and interviewing candidates, that I enjoyed very much.
