I was appointed to direct Ursinus College’s Teaching and Learning Institute by the Dean of Academic Affairs. In this role I supported faculty organization-wide in their roles as educators by promoting faculty dialogue on the art and science of college teaching. I held this role concurrently with an Assistant Professor role. I began my journey with Ursinus College as an Assistant Professor of History. In my early years with the institution, I focused heavily on building relationships throughout all levels of the college while concurrently exceeding requirements for promotion and tenure.
