I am a Pisces who loves long walks on the beach and helping people through all walks of their lives! I have never been good at math but my curiosity for how things are made and what makes them work led to my love of recruiting, particularly in the operations and engineering space. Learning about people, their paths and what drives them is my passion. I consider myself a people architect - I build relationships with others to design and construct the many roads of possibility to get them where they want to go.As a recruiter, I aim to understand and provide to others what I never had, using the knowledge and strength gained from the obstacles I overcame. I listen to learn the intricacies of my clients' business functions to figure out their needs and then piece together the ever-changing puzzle for each team's long-term success.
