Strategic Corporate Communications Advisor
CurrentDirect the day to day corporate communications efforts of the Port of Rotterdam Authority including internal communications advice to the CFO, ICT Department, and Port Harbour Master as well as providing strategic environment communications on projects within the Port.Key Accomplishments:• Created and implemented internal and external communications strategies including the development and distribution of the Annual Report from 2011 – 2020 and the Annual Movie from 2011 – 2016 including the creative process and all internal/external communications. • Organized various training and development workshops for the company including an event for management resulting in increased communication, improved customer service, and improved processes.• Implemented strategic business and operational process improvements by collaborating with management on communication strategies that include the development and migration of a new social intranet based on SharePoint to improve corporate communications, and increase efficiencies.• Developed and communicated several e-training and other learning sessions including Security and Code of Business Principals as well as the introduction and adoption of Microsoft Office 365 to the organization.• Spearheaded the introduction of SharePoint online to the company• Organized “World Port Days”, managing the creative and operational execution of the event, representing the Port of Rotterdam. • Co-created audiovisuals eg 360 video's en animations
