Responsibilities:Take care of clients, learn about their needs and requirements and elaborate suitable proposals within 24 hours following the request. If not able to comply within the 24 hours response time, keep clients informed as to the issue status and provide a final date and time for data submission. Continuous follow-up with clients and programs under my responsibility to close the business on behalf of the Company. Work on detailing a program until a Service Agreement is issued and a deposit has been received. Responsible of doing all the reservations with suppliers and make sure that the services included in the Service Agreement are set up as agreed with the client. Ensure an efficient and smooth turnover to the Operations Department, participating at the pre-con and keeping contact with the client while the program is on-site. Follow up with the client after the program has been finalized to close the bill and learn about their experience and level of satisfaction in the company’s performance. Fully responsible of the client´s site inspections and fam trips, from the creation of the agenda to escorting the client at all times and doing a complete report after client´s departure. Comply in every program file with Amstar quality procedures. Keep a good and healthy relationship with destination hoteliers and suppliers. To be always updated with the newest changes in the destination and inform our clients about them. Member of FICP and participate in the most important Trade shows and Educational programs related, and other relevant Associations in business. To participate in supplier’s inspection visits to evaluate their performance and provide information for a good selection Direct and support our Sales Executives and Assistants in their tasks when needed. To assume responsibility for special clients and projects. Ensure a good relationship with the other areas of the Company.
