Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine. Proposal was to examine corneal wound healing with a focus on preventing scar tissue formation. ● Guided 2 non-profits promoting cardiac screening to prevent child/adolescent Sudden Cardiac Arrest – Who We Play For and Anthony Bates Foundation. Analyzed 6 years of data (600,000 data points), coached senior leaders, completed grant application and assisted with business planning.

Raising funds for the Genivia Fund for Enterpreneurship, affiliated with the Jim Moran Center for Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. Supported the local business incubator Domi Station, and supported various student-focused events such as #HackFSU in 2015. The Genivia Fund provides funding for individual gifts and grants awarded to outstanding Florida State University undergraduate and graduate student businesses that have a strong potential for innovation and commercialization. Since its inception, over 50 grant applications have been received and 16 peer-reviewed grants awarded.

Provided primary and secondary analyses to support development and commercialization of client-driven projects. Prepared non-clinical and clinical reports of biopharmaceuticals and medical devices in relation to R&D, marketability and ROI potential. Wrote commercial white papers and short, essay-style product analysis reports. Presented and recommended product strategies to senior-level scientific R&D executives and external stakeholders. Assisted in managerial and policy perspectives on Intellectual Property (IP). ● Prompted re-start of promising project stagnant for 2+ years by identifying gaps in operations management, re-evaluating scientific data on projects and making recommendations for follow-up. ● Participated in national/international teams on commercialization of medical devices, including 510(k) filings.
