Susanne is a Founding Partner in Quo Vadis Project. She has over 25 years of experience as a psychologist with multiple competencies to foster client development and growth. Her practice centers on coaching executives to build their leadership and presence, improve effective communication with internal and external clients, maximize resource management skills, and consult with teams to improve performance. Her dual background in systems and strengths development provides her clients the advantage of power and combining this knowledge with targeted coaching helps her clients thrive in the workplace where incisive, results-oriented performance is required. Susanne has Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Vermont where her doctoral research centered on systems theory. She holds a post-doctorate degree in Neuropsychology from North Shore Children’s Hospital as well as a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Massachusetts School of Psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association and Division 13 Society of Consulting Psychology, and Massachusetts Psychological Association.Specialties: Susanne’s coaching clients come from a variety of fields including fast-paced start-ups, international advertising, banking, construction-management and the non-profit world.
