Implements, delivers, maintains, and administers community relations, functions, donations, and sponsorship programs through the Corporate Giving Program

Working with the Executive Director, the Development Committee, and the Board of Directors, to increase funds raised through individuals, businesses, and foundations. Participate in the identification of strategic priorities for fund development, identifying and cultivating relationships and partnerships with relevant external stakeholders and organizations, develop and deliver appropriate orientation and training for Board of Directors to support a donor-centred culture at the Essex Region Conservation Foundation. Plan, develop, and implement campaigns for specific projects.

FUND DEVELOPMENT MANAGERMarketing Management: Managed complete direct marketing and leadership giving program with marketing plans, evaluation surveys, database management, and response rate analysis. Created personalized direct mail letters and support pieces targeted to segmented donor database. Prepared and monitored budget for overall program, including materials, purchased services, and postage.
