The International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) SIOP is the only global multidisciplinary society entirely devoted to childhood and adolescent cancer.The society has over 1500 members worldwide including clinicians, nurses, other health-care professionals, scientists and researchers. Overall management and administration of two key accounts (medical societies)• Execution/development of marketing activities, communication plans andpromotional campaigns• Sponsorship and fundraising (mainly with Pharma industry)• Project management including tendering and negotiation processes (Conferencesand international workshop organization)• Strategic planning, execution/development of educational activities i.e. workshops• Financial management (budgeting, auditing, taxation)• Membership recruitment and retention• Liaison with convention centres and tourism boards during congress bids• Website maintenance (CMS, content contribution, updates, SEO) and• Training and mentoring of new staff

Identification of business development and marketing opportunities forinternational sporting competitions• Member of the bidding team for the FIS Nordic World Cup 2015 in Oberstdorf• Management of ticket sales supported by CTS Eventim Sports software, localtourism representatives and media partners• Customer acquisition for VIP packages including onsite event management• Coordination of travel and daily expense accounts of officials of various nationaland international winter sport federations
