To create relevant communication and product offerings in the long run, I collaborated with the world's leading research firms to understand the arborist audience. I, among other tasks, prepared the foundation for global communication.I have also been involved in sustainability communication efforts for the professional business unit, which resulted in developing a communication platform compliant with the EU's new regulations.

Bolon is a design company that manufactures exclusive woven vinyl floors for public spaces. During my years at Bolon sales have increased from SEK 230 million (2012) to SEK 360 million (2019) with a great profit margin.2015 - 2020 Global Brand Manager, Bolon. In recent years, I have pursued various strategies and sustainability issues linked to the brand globally. I have also worked with creative processes to maintain the position in the design market. I developed a Brand Book that explained the higher purpose of Bolon's mission. A tool for internal motivation and employer branding.Prior to the business plan 2018-2021, I was part of two research groups; Digitalisation and Sustainability, the result became the foundation for the company's direction to increase sales. For a year I was substitute Marketing Manager with responsibility for 4 employees.2012 - 2015 Showroom & Brand Manager, Bolon. I built and conceptualised a number of showrooms in the world and was responsible for our global fairs. I was responsible for updating all showrooms annually with concepts that were rolled out globally. Every showroom has a specific activity plan to make it alive and get the ROI. We have clearly been able to see increased sales as a direct result of this.2011 - 2012 Consultant, Bolon. Initially, I did some work to strengthen the brand by clarifying the identity of all retailers. This meant that we were able to maintain good margins on the product and that the brand strengthened its position globally.

My role was Creator/Art Director, Project Manager and Planner. The focus was to do customer insight driven communication. We did our own research in focus groups and we purchased surveys. Some of the customers we worked with are; Markslöjd, Lejonet & Björnen, Herrljunga Cider, Tranemo Kommun, Åkes Hönökaka and the magazine Faktum.

At Publicis in Stockholm I worked as an Art Director doing campaigns and concepts for Garnier, L'Oréal professional, Whirlpool and Coca-Cola, among others. By then TV commercials and printed Ads were the channels.
