Implementation of a new commercial self-service platform.Lead and drive the establishing of a subsidiary as a new sales company offering internet-based electricity services to residential customers, alongside my other management responsibilities in the Naturgas Fyn Group.In 2006, Naturgas Fyn decided to implement a new multi-utility strategy. Accordingly, the subsidiary Switch.dk, an internet-based electricity supplier, was launched March 2008 as a greenfield start-up.- Managed the greenfield start-up: Defining the business requirements and business model, handling prerequisites and the multiple agreements needed to operate in the energy market.- Coordination of stakeholders and all suppliers (several IT suppliers, advertising and design company, communication advisor, customer experience and usability consultant and other external advisors) in order secure a very tight time frame towards final launch. - IT solution programme management: Supervised design, development and implementation of back-end and front-end applications, the self-service website and a new IT infrastructure, delivered partly by own IT organization and partly by multiple suppliers. - Supervised and supported the organizational change management process and operating activities during the time after the launch, where most services were delivered by my teams in the Group’s existing shared services operation.Switch.dk was a Danish electricity supplier and was in 2009 part of the Danish energy company Naturgas Fyn Group.
